Bathroom Renovations & Fitting
A good bathroom is built to last and sealed to stay dry. We fit family bathrooms, en-suites, cloakrooms and wet rooms across Essex, taking care of the tiling, plumbing and finishing so it looks right and works for years. If you are local, see our bathroom fitters in Basildon page.

What a bathroom renovation involves
Bathrooms hide a lot of work behind the tiles. Getting the waterproofing, falls and plumbing right is what separates a bathroom that lasts from one that causes problems.
- Strip-out and waste removal
- Waterproofing and tanking for wet areas
- First-fix plumbing and pipework
- Wall and floor tiling
- Bath, shower, basin and toilet fitting
- Underfloor heating (optional)
- Extractor and electrical work
- Sealing, grouting and finishing
Bathrooms we fit
Family bathrooms
The everyday workhorse. Built to take heavy use, easy to clean and finished to handle steam and splashing for years.
En-suites
Compact and clever. We plan small spaces carefully so the shower, basin and toilet all fit without feeling cramped.
Wet rooms
Fully tanked and tiled with a level floor and proper drainage. Our specialism, and the place where good waterproofing really matters.
Cloakrooms
A downstairs loo adds real value. We make the most of awkward spaces under stairs and in tight corners.
Accessible bathrooms
Walk-in showers, grab rails and level access for those who need a safer, easier bathroom to use.
Shower rooms
A bath-free room built around a generous shower, ideal where space is tight or a bath is not needed.

Common questions
Can you turn my bathroom into a wet room?
Yes. Wet rooms need proper tanking (waterproofing) and a carefully set floor fall so water drains correctly. This is one of our specialisms, and getting it right is what stops leaks down the line.
How long does a bathroom renovation take?
A typical bathroom takes around one to two weeks depending on the amount of tiling and whether walls are being moved. We give you a timeline in writing before we start.
Do you fit en-suites and cloakrooms as well as main bathrooms?
Yes. Small spaces often need the most careful planning to fit everything in. We have fitted plenty of en-suites and downstairs cloakrooms where every centimetre counts.
Can you move the toilet, basin or shower to a new position?
In most cases yes, though moving soil pipes and drainage adds work. We will tell you honestly at the site visit what is straightforward and what is more involved.
Do you handle the tiling yourself?
Yes. Tiling makes or breaks a bathroom, so we take care over it: level walls, even grout lines and proper sealing around baths and showers to keep water where it belongs.
