Common questions
What is the difference between supply-and-fit and fit-only?
Fit-only means you buy the units yourself and we install them. Supply-and-fit means we handle both sourcing the kitchen and installing it as one package. We are happy either way, and we will explain the pros and cons of each when we visit.
Can you design the kitchen layout for me?
Yes. If you are not sure how to make the most of the space, we can talk through layout options with you, from where the sink and hob sit to how to fit in more storage. We want the kitchen to work for how you actually use it.
What worktop materials can you fit?
We fit laminate, solid timber, quartz and granite. Each has a different look, price and level of upkeep. We will walk you through what suits your budget and how you use your kitchen.
Will my kitchen be unusable for the whole job?
There is usually a short stretch in the middle where the kitchen is out of action, but we plan the work to keep that window as short as we can and we tell you up front when it will be.
Do you remove the old kitchen and rubbish?
Yes. We strip out the old kitchen, remove all the waste and leave the space clean and ready. You do not need to arrange a skip or disposal yourself.
