The company

These terms apply to services provided by Jennings Renovations Ltd, The Leys, Basildon, SS16 4BN (referred to as "we", "us", or "Jennings Renovations"). By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Quotations

All quotations are provided free of charge and without obligation. Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Any changes to the agreed scope of works may result in a revised quotation.

Workmanship guarantee

We offer an up-to-1-year workmanship guarantee on completed works. This covers defects in workmanship and does not affect your statutory rights. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, or natural wear and tear.

Payment

Payment terms are agreed at the quotation stage and confirmed in writing before work begins. We reserve the right to pause works if agreed payment milestones are not met.

Subcontractors

We use a combination of our own team and vetted, fully insured subcontractors to carry out works. All personnel working on your project are managed directly by Jennings Renovations Ltd.

Liability

We are fully insured for public liability. Our liability is limited to the value of the contracted works. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
